This experience includes frontline care work, senior roles, and leadership responsibilities – providing a deep, practical understanding of how care services operate day to day, and what staff genuinely need from training.
CareWise was created after seeing, first-hand, how many care providers are let down by poor-quality training, outdated or overly theoretical content, trainers with limited real care experience, high costs with little practical value and a lack of ongoing support.
We believe training should support staff, improve confidence, and raise standards – not simply fulfil a requirement.
